Bluestone has completed construction of a 10,000 square foot retail strip center anchored by AT&T. The opening of the retail center completes the second phase of its mixed-use retail project on Skokie Valley Road just north of the intersection of Lake-Cook Road. Phase I of the project included the development of a Thorntons Convenience Store & Fuel Center which opened earlier this year.
The retail center is anchored by a 5,000 square foot prototype AT&T Wireless retail store and also features a GNC Nutrition Center and ZZZ’s by Ashley, a new home bedding and accessories concept of Ashley’s Furniture.
