Bluestone acquired 30+ acres of prime real estate in the heart of the Rickenbacker Industrial Corridor in the City of Groveport, Ohio. The site is located at the northeast corner of Rohr Road and Alum Creek Drive which borders on the City of Columbus. The site is strategically positioned in the emerging industrial trade area which includes distribution hubs for Amazon, DHL, Sam’s Club, Petsmart, and Lululemon within 1 mile of the site.

Bluestone secured the land use entitlements and subdivided the property into three lots, with the hard corner allocated for a Thorntons commercial fueling center, an in-line QSR with drive-through, a CAT scale and 50+ trucking parking spaces. Adjacent to the Thorntons fuel center is a 20-acre parcel approved for the development of more than 200,000 square feet of industrial space that Bluestone sold to a large national development company.  Bluestone retains the third parcel comprised of a 1.2-acres which is currently available for sale or lease.
