Bluestone Single Tenant Properties, LLC is managing a joint venture to develop a premier 8.5 acre parcel of land just east of Interstate 94 located on the southeast corner of IL Route 60 & Townline Road in the City of Lake Forest. The proposed mixed use project will be comprised of small retail shops, restaurants, and luxury multi-family housing. The project is in the early stages of design and the partners will begin the land use entitlement process in the fall of 2022 with plans to begin construction in late 2023 or the spring of 2024.
